Regular Slotted Carton (RSC)
This is the most popular box type where all flaps have the same length and the two outer flaps are one-half of the width of the container. This means that the two longest flaps meet in the center of the box when folded. Regular slotted cartons are suited to large-scale manufacturing but are even more ideal for shipping and storing small individual items. This is a highly efficient design for many applications and it avoids manufacturing wastage. Our RSC offers you up to four colors for printing.
Half Slotted Carton
Exactly the same as the RSC. Oriented upright, this box has an open top and can be used that way or with a separate lid. When turned upside down, it can be used as a cover or a lid.
Top and Bottom
These cartons are made in two pieces. One is the inner box which is the bottom piece and the other is the outer box which is the topper or lid that fits over the bottom piece.
Full Overlap Box
All flaps are of the same length (approximately the width of the box). When closed, the outer flap has an inch gap from the complete overlap. The style is especially resistant to rough handling. Stacked on its bottom panel, the overlapping flaps provide added cushioning and protection. When stacked on its side, the extra thickness provides added stacking strength.
Five Panel Box
Five panel boxes are preferable for packaging consumer items, pharmaceutical products, and flat objects. The 5th panel of each packaging box serves the purpose of covering the package more solidly. It caps the side panel and is known as the closing flap. Stacking strength and perfect protection are the highlights of these customized boxes
Die Cut Box
Die cut boxes are truly made-to-measure and customizable to include handles, holes, perforations, buffers, fold-over lids, and crash lock bases. We can create a unique and ideal die cut box exclusively for your products. Generally, die cut boxes have no need for tape and this will ensure they are more environmentally friendly as well as simple and fast to assemble.
White Paper Board
These cartons are the same as RSCs. The difference is the use of a white paper board.
Nesting
Nesting trays can be used in a variety of designs, including chip scoops, burger boxes (clam shells), tray forming (formed around a block), and many other styles of nested cartons.
